• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We have suppliers in both the US and the UK. Other markets following soon!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We aim to prepare and ship every order within 2 days, and usually expect delivery to both UK and US addresses to take between 3 and 5 days - dependant on the postal services. If your item should encounter delays anywhere within the production process, we will contact you.

• Why are your t-shirts and hoodies more expensive than some other suppliers?

  There are several ways to apply an image to a t-shirt or hoodie. We only use the latest technology to print the image directly to the material. Cheaper suppliers will often print to a transfer paper using an inkjet printer, and will then iron the transfer onto the material. This cheaper approach will usually last around 50 washes before it begins to fade. Additionally, our t-shirts are all manufactured from 100% ethically grown US cotton.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
